Filled with hope rooted in timeless truths from Scripture, we willl explore strategies for recognizing burnout early, preventing it, and fostering an environment—both personally and professionally—where passion for the mission, achieving goals, and personal well-being can co-exist. Drawing from the experiences of biblical figures like Elijah, Moses, and Jesus, we’ll reflect on how God calls us to rhythms of rest, shared responsibility, and renewal.


About the Speaker: 

Amanda Sattler's doctoral research centers on why leaders in nonprofit organizations experience burnout and how to prevent it, ensuring organizations have the resources to deliver critical missions.
